🔁 Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital services, we offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • ⚠️ The IPTV service does not work at all after activation, and we are unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.

  • 🛑 You purchased twice by mistake (duplicate payment).

  • You contacted support within 24 hours of purchase and the subscription was not yet activated.


❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The problem is due to your internet connection or unsupported device.

  • You changed your mind after activation.

  • You didn’t follow the setup instructions properly.

  • You failed to provide your MAC address or device info required for activation.

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase and the service was activated.

If your case qualifies for a refund, it will be processed within 3 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
